Title: Quarterly Report

Okay I'm at loss how to even begin this one.

I'm using report studio and I want to automatically run a report each quarter where the columns are the Quarters

For Example in April 2009 I would get a report like this:

                       Year End 2008      Quarter 1 2009
Business Unit             %                        %

Then in July 2009 I want to add in Quarter 2

                       Year End 2008      Quarter 1 2009      Quarter 2 2009
Business Unit             %                        %                        %


Any ideas?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot the Quarters are actually YTD data.

ie: Quarter 1 = Jan 1 to Mar 31, Quarter 2 = Jan 1 to Jun 30, etc.

I tried crosstab but it gave me monthly numbers.

Though I am totally un-educated on using the crosstabs.
