Hi

I had installed CRN ( C: ) and FM ( D:)but facing problem given below:

Unable to access service at URL:

http://localhost:80/crn/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts

Please let me know about cognos configuration step by step .....

Have you read the documentation? There's a step-by-step on how to do it...

I had gone thru the documentation and installed thats ok.

BUt what would be reason for the error which i am getting .

check the error in crnserver.log file. this contains the exact error of the problem .

Hi

I also got this error.What i did was i started and stoped the Cognos Report Net.
Also check the port 80 is only dedicated to Reportnet.Or else assign different.It can be even that Firewall may be blocking this port.

Let us know whether you solved or not.
