Title: Cognos Framework Manager
Post by: anandhk75 on 01 Jun 2009 04:14:07 AM
I have some requirement my case its call center operations
where Managers have Supervisors and each supervisor has 10 or more agents. Also,
all managers have to report to division heads and on the top of all divisions is the CCO Head.
The reports should have inbuilt security so that
1) When Manager Logs in - they can only see their supervisor/agents records and likewise for supervisors - they can only see their agents records.
2) Division heads can retrieve data for their group of managers.
3) Managers can't see other Managers data and so is the case with Supervisors.
4) CCO Head can see whole nine yards

How can i set security in cognos framework Manager?
