Title: Transformer Error

Hi,

I am getting the below Error.if any one come across the same Situation Share with me.

tr3312 an error occurred during data retrieval using the da server program.DMS-E-GENERAL, A general exception has occurred during operation 'asynchronous open'

Check you login database credentials as it seems that transformer could not join the DB
