We have a report created in CRN, has a tabular model gives maximum of the date value which is passed from the cube to the drill report,and using this value in the reporting query to filter the data. When we validate the report in CRN, got some Cross Join error, which was fixed by 'Allow Cross Join 'property for the report query.
Now we have migrated the report to Cognos 8 , which is giving the same error, which we were getting in CRN even after 'Allow' Cross join. when i validate the report.

Need your help in resoving issue.

Hi Mohan,
We are facing same issue with a report, after upgrading from 8.1 to 8.4,
getting that cross join error in 8.4, which you got.
This report is working fine in 8.1
AFAIK Cognos has played with the diverse Governor settings between versions. You can check these in FM under 'edit governors'. Perhaps these setting differ between 8.1/ ReportNet and version 8.4 ?
