i am using cubes as datasource

i need columns like this

A) actual ytd(pre year) B) actual ytd(pre year) C)actual ytd(curr year) D) A-C
(2008/apr) (2008/mar) (2009/apr)

Open Report Studio, and the package that points to your cube

choose a list or cross-tab

drag what you need from the left hand pane onto the report.

...then use the calculate button to do your A-C.

There are several analytical function you can use to get the data for previous year same month and previous year

parallelPeriod
lag
lastPeriod
closingPeriod

if i get pevious year actual data is enough.
can u send query for previous year ytd .
previous member i used but it is not working with the actual ytd.
