Title: CNC-MON-0036 Recovered from an unexpected server crash

Hi All,
While scheduling or bursting the report we are getting the below error.

'CNC-MON-0036 Recovered from an unexpected server crash.The task history may not have been written completely'

I checked the log file also but there was not any log regarding the same.
I checked the bin directory to see whether any .dmp file generated but there was not any .dmp file also for error detail.

Kindly see the screen shot for the error detail.
Has any one came across to this error?

We recently had the same issue.  I found two support documents on the IBM support site that may help:

Basically, we believe the maximum meory setting on either our server or our dispatcher is set too low.

We are currently working on changing the settings and doing a restart of the development environment tonight.  I'll try to remember to come back and let you know if it has resolved our issues.
