we dont have gosales n retailers sample on 8.3

is there any we can have go sales n retailers(used to be in 8) sample in v8.3 ...?????

if yes......plz guide me

Have you checked on the Cognos downloads site? We got it from there yesterday
Do let me know if this is an issue

as aj said, You can download samples from cognos site and install it in your cognos environment.This also needs a configuration to make it workable... like creating data base, DB users, creating cognos connections etc.

yeah u can down load from cognos site.
but set the configuration then it will work

hello anil

I did download the samples for 8.3, but the table names and field names are different than one which we used to have on cognos v8 (where we u have typical go sales and retailers sample), which kinda a uncomfortable foe me to practice.

please advised or guide

Well just re-create the databases using the samples provided
from memory, the db and even packages have changes since 8.1
