Hi Everybody,

I need to create some analytic using analysis studio.

what i need to do can any body help me out.

I just need to get an initiator...so that i can start and do some work on analysis studio.

I am a beginner in cognos.

Hi,

Your subject line and the Message body is entirely different, anyways creating model will involve in Creating a Project and Datasource in FM initally, you can find some best practises for this in Cognos Support Site...

If you wanna explore Analysis Studio you should have a Dimentional Package.

We'll have Sample FM Models by using which you can publish a sample package to Content sotre....
Path: <Installed Drive>/Program Files/Cognos/c8/Webcontent/Samples/Models

Sorry since am a beginner i couldn't frame the Topic properly.I apologize for that .I have managed to do a cube pakage which i can use in analysis studio.Thanks for our reply....
