Title: Hidden Blank rows are coming When downloaded the report in Excel-URGENT

Hi,

We are recently upgraded COGNOS REPORTNET MR3 TO MR4.
When we were downloaded the report in MR3, there was no hidden blank rows. But in downloaded the report in MR4, we were receving the hidden blank rows.

Any One help us ---Its priority issues.
