I think this Product and concept of Alerts (Exception type Management) is the Best BI tool/methodology out there.... Gets right to the heart of the issue.... "The Sweet Spot"... There new Label for this is now is BEM, Business Event Management.
This tool is all out acting on the data and forcing change in a positive way..... Way to get ROI from your BI Suite..... ;D
