Title: Connection Repository

We have installed Cognos 8 BI and SQLServer 2000

When we use Framework Manager version 8.1.209.25 to Repository -> Connection Manager to add VSS ini file, We get the following error.
"BME-EX-0113 The repository is not configured or is configured incorrectly. Use the Cognos Configuration tool to make sure that all parameters are entered correctly for the repository"

Please do help with solutions. Thanks.
