Hi all
I've developed a report for my client that works great. They now want the report to be scheduled (not a problem) and then saved to a network file location with the run date as part of the file name. This is where I get a bit stuck.
Does anyone know how to get the report saved/exported to a network location and how do I add the run date as part of the file name?
As always any help greatly appreciated.

Run With Options - > Advance Options
Select Save to the file system option
Specify a File Name --> Make the file names unique and append a timestamp
Specify the name and location on the file system.

Thanks for the reply. I don't have an option to save to the file system. Is this something new in 8.4/8.3? We're currently only on 8.2
we're on 8.3. It may be a new feature in 8.3 but iam not completely sure.
It is not new... there are Administration settings that need to be made to enable this.

What is new (8.3 +) is that the files can be set to be saved report by report in different subfolders under the main folder. This is set in Run with Options/Advanced.
