I am having a small problem with the Cubeswap utility.
The cubeswap always fails with a message of
Error: Login Failure - Please try again.
Problem is I have given the cubeswap script the Cognos server system administrators username/password. Is there a special role/group that needs granting to the user for cubeswap to work?
We have this working perfectly on another server and can't get my head around why it doesn't work on this new box.
Any ideas?

Did you check on case-sensitivity? Last month we spend an entire afternoon getting Cubeswap to work, and finally we found out that a 'n' was spelled as 'N' in the AD namespace string
