Hi,

I am trying to publish via a macro but not all tables are published to the DB.

Can i define what to publish in the Macro?

Sorry, that shouldn't be sarcastic but I thought that this is quite obvious. Open up your macro step for publishing and click on 'Cubes to Publish'. See screenshot. If you use incremental publish this is different.
