We allow users to Creat their owb rports using Query Studio. Currently they can only save to "My Folder" but not delete from it.

How can we give user a Delete permisson for "My Folder" only, but not from the other folders they have access to?

Can you tell what are the permissions for the "My Folders" tab ? You can check this by logging in as administrator, navigate to your any user in external namespace >> Portal Tabs. Did you over ride the default permissions for My Folders tab ?

check the system.xml file for any hiden objects
this will happen when you try to hide the objects like tool bar options

check that first and let me know if this works

Can you elaborate on your solution please. I have hidden about 70% of my toolbar buttons from the system.xml and I do not have this issue.
