Hi,

Can anyone pls help me out in this problem?

After giving submit in contributor web portal, the prompt appears saying that "the data will be locked.Do you want to continue?" on giving ok the data is not locked.

Can u pls tell what step i might have missed?

A thought. Are all the children nodes below it locked?

No e-list item is locked on giving submit.

Hmmm what I suspected you may say.

One last question to you, grasp of the nettle.

The rights file in the CAC says SUBMIT next to the user class you are a member of?

Hi,

Thanks for ur response.

The problem is we have not configured the mail server but we have checked prompt to send email on submit in CAC .
On unchecking it the data gets locked
