Hi All

I have a sql query and the FM . Is it possible to make a report in cognos on that query directly in any way?

The corresponding FM is also available. But I want the selected columns in the SQL to be shown in report as a tabular report. For all the fields in select statement the corresponding objects are there in FM.

You can use SQL from Insertable objects. provide the DB name and validate the SQL. :)

Can I make a report directly out of these objects without explicitely creating the report page and inserting the objects to display.

I actually want to pass the query and see the results automatically without dragging objects to show. Is it possible.
