I have a RS 8.2 dashboard report that has one prompt with about 18 values. I would like to be able to print all 18 copies of the report page in one shot.
The output needs to be PDF. The report is 1 page per prompt selection and contains several data containers with charts and text.
My hope is that a button/Macro can be pressed to generate 1 pdf with 18 pages, seperated by the prompt element.
I would appreciate any direction on this task.

try to change prompt to Not Requied, if the output is not 18 pages you need to change report to heve as output 18 pages, you can use set page.

The filter is optional, but if not selected, all the data is summed in the charts.
Its all charts. How can I set grouping on charts. Once I do, how do I get it to print a new page for each group?
create page set, move your page to page set, in properities for page set use the same query than for list/crostab.
go to crosstab for Master Data Relationships use your prompt category.
