Read first (completely):
Programs->Cognos->Documentation

Import dLists from Oracle:
dList->Options->Import Link->ODBC

Import data from Oracle into Analyst:
dLink->Source->Use ODBC

Import data from Oracle into Contributor:
Database->Fill IM tables->Prepare in Admin Console->GTP
