Title: Printer error:RSV-DST-0009 The print process returned a status code of 8

i am trying to setup a printer using cognos connection.
According to the knowledge base documents, i have set up the printer on the servers using the same login name, that i use to send out emails from cognos. But still it is not working and throwing RSV-DST-0009 error.

please advice

I have had similar difficulties, have you found any solution to this problem?
