Title: Cant run transformer in a remote desktop server. TR3110

Hi,

Cant run transformer in a remote desktop server. "TR3110 An unknown error occured during operation. Please contact Cognos Customer Support"
Anybody there who experienced this error? is this something like an access priviledge over the server?
Since I am not an administrator of the server could be the reason? I am only a member of a remote desktop user, with a full access over the Cognos installed folder and Cognos Files.
I can open the model but when I started to test run or build the cube that error comes out immediately.
One thing I noticed when i try the data source viewer the transformer model exit for not reason at all.
Hope somebody can help.

Try re-installing making sure you have installed it either on the console window or using the Add/Remove Software from the Control Panel.  Have experienced similar things before as the installation of files to certain places can make it not work.

One other thing check that your IQD is correct and that you have the correct number of colunms at the end of the file.
