We have +5000 users and are now planning to implement https, do anyone have any experiences of eventual problems with Cognos reportNet or Cognos8 and https?

I did not see any issues after implementing HTTPS. Your users will have to install the SSL certificate in their browsers or they have to enter 'YES' everytime the HTTPS URL is entered.
