I have error starting Cognos 8.3 on the IBM AIX system.
The platform is
IBM AIX 5.3
Cognos 8.3
IBM JDK 1.4.2
DB2 V8
Most of the Cognos service started normally, and Cognos created 115 tables in content store,but the DefaultHandlerService failed...
I have tried every means to solve it, but still find no way.
Who can help? thanks so much.
