Title: Impromptu Fails

Hi,

I just installed Impromptu Administrator 7.3.  When I try to start it up I get the following error:

"Failed to intialize the locale data from Cognos rendition.  The locale data will be taken from the operating system."

I click okay and the app flashes on screen for a second then shuts down.  Then nothing.

I'm on Windows XP.  Anyone know what's going on?

Have you been through the config manager process as well, after install?
