I am not sure if this question was asked before....

What is the equivalent of the .icr or Content Overview in Cognos 8.3 FM...

Sorry I guess I did not ask the question with more details.

In Impromptu there was an option to get the Content Overview of a Catalog. Is there a similar way to get Content Overview as a text file in Cognos 8.3 FM.

You can try going to Tools > Model Report
It gives all the details of a model in HTML format.
