Hi,
When a user runs report, gets an error. But when I run the same report by logging in as the user,
Then I don't get any error except that the first page of the report is blank. I gave the error below. I appreciate if you could suggest possible reasons on why this is happening and how I can clear this.

May be the reason is gateway or find the user has product( report studio) access or not. Errorlook kije there is no proper access for this user. if the user access from the out side of the network, give the proper server name in the gateway url.
