hi gurus..

I have just installed Datamanager 8.3 in win2003 and created sample Catalog, but i couldn't find the location where it is stored...is that something we can specify..? thanks heaps.

Hi,

Data Manager catalogs are held as tables within a relational database, so it's up to you which database/schema etc is used to host the catalog. My guess is the sample catalogs are held in MS Access. Have you looked in \Program Files\Cognos\c8\webcontent\samples\DataManager\MSAccess
