I'm currently implementing Cognos e-Planning for the first time, I am being told that when I am setting up the Analtyst library paths I need to use something called Fully Qualified Machine Names ?

Anybody got the foggiest as to what this is ?

I was told that was the appropriate path and will try again when on site tomorrow am but was having difficulties when testing on my own laptop. Analyst tells me that the path is invalid
