I am unable to download large files. It gives me an error: Server is not reachable
Even the cognos welcome screen is taking long time to download.
I have noticed that whenever i try to copy files from content store server to another machine, it takes very long time. For example: 20 mb takes around 7-8 minutes.
Please advice

A large file as in a pre-runned report stored in a pdf blob format in the content store and then opened via cognos connection?
