Title: Printer problem

Hi all,
I have a burst report and i set the properties to print the report(in advanced options).It's giving me the report versions but  the report is not printing .It's giving me the following error

RSV-DST-0009 The print process returned a status code of 20
RSV-DST-0014 An error occurred. See the run history details for more information.
I added a new printer in the printer options like this(windows installation)
\\srv-fs01-ny\172.22.0.13
Is there anything wrong here.

Have a look at cognos kb id 1037737 describing that the cognos 8 service needs to be the same account that has actual access to the print queue.

HI,
I have done according to the KB ID's: 1037737 ,1031816.3,1019970.1.
But no use
