there are 10 users and licences for cognos reports

is it compulsory to have 10 oracle (Data base) licences for those 10 cognos report users ?

what is the minimum licences required for database if we have more user licences for reports?

I believe it's 1, if you are configured so that your Cognos users are using a single database signon.
