When i launch content explorer i would like to see the 'Relationships' and 'Level of Cardinality' right away instead of checking them each time. Is there a way for this?

Open Framework Manager > Diagram

Right Click on WHITE area in the Diagram window
Select your Preferences
Save

Now Open Framework Manager > Select a query subject and Launch Context Explorer
