Hi All,
I'm pretty new to SDK!
Can some one kindly provide a list of things that can be achieved through SDK(for eg. querying on content store..etc).Or else is there some place on Cognos website which gives me these details.
Also how is the SDK installed (like is it only on the server or should i have any utilities on the client machine).

Did you review the SDK guide that is included with your install, and its instructions on how to set up the various examples? The SDK can be used to replicate most of the functionality that is used in the various C8 studios. One of its main benefits is to use it for managing admin related tasks and exploring metadata elements. Take a look at the included example projects (C# or Java) and you'll see sample code for executing, scheduling, finding user permissions, managing deployments, etc..
