Hi,
i try to configure some printer for reporting, but can't get one piece of paper out of the printers.
We are using C8.1.
I tried following:
Cognos Connection -> Tools -> Directory -> Printers -> New Printer
Name: MISLSR02
Network address: \\ssesvrprt02\MISLSR02
...but all i get is RSV-DST-0009 The print process returned a status code of 22.
Do we have to define the printers on the print-server as LPR compatible???

It seems to indicate a problem between the domain account for the Cognos service and the domain account that created the printer on the Cognos server.
It's the same Account.
...but as soon as i have access to the KB, i will check. (We are now waiting since 4 weeks)
Ok,
i finally got it done.
After i removed AcrobatReader8 and installed AcrobatReader7 it works like a charm.
