Title: Modifying existing Active Report Variables
Post by: khanna100 on 24 Sep 2024 10:40:58 AM
gee, I can't find New Post button.
My Question is about Active Reports in Cognos 11.2.4.
After creating a connection between a control and a data container, I can't see where I can review/edit the connection. There is only Create a New Variable and Interaction Behavior. How to edit an existing connection then?

Hi,
The Interactive Behaviour tool in the on-demand toolbar will allow you to modify the way an existing connection works - I'm guessing this is what you're looking for? Click on the control, then you should see this is available in the OD toolbar. Further details are here:

Cheers!

MF.

I actually visited this link already. But it does not allow me to change the Select to Filter and vise-versa.
I am trying to insert an image but you know what I mean.

Report Behavior dialog
Control:
Drop Down List1
Set Default Values
Select

I want to change the Select to Filter. I remember being able to that in C10.
