Hi All,

We are facing this issue 'The provided credentials are invalid. Please type your credentials for authentication' .

Till last week, there was no issue and currently this error msg appearing. I have gone thru previous tech notes related to this issue and SSO is enabled.

SSO works with out any issue, but when we try to login thru AD account , we are getting this error. Current version is 11.2.4

Can anyone, please help us to resolve the issue.
