Shame about the click or drag files feature not working.

I think the 'Sub Boards' right under Cognos Analytics makes it look very cluttered

I see a link at the top of the main page "Updated Topics" (to the right of the date and the "Unread Posts" link) which shows new replies to your posts? Is this what you mean?

Cheers!

IIRC under the home, search, calendar, and members buttons or somewhere near there one of the links was show replies.  That's missing now.

I think it has just been re-worded to "Updated Topics" in the new SMF UI? Or are you saying that the Updated Topics link isn't visible? I'm not sure whether my view as a Moderator gives me options others don't see?

Cheers!

It is visible to me but that shows every post which I had started or I had replied to. There was another option which used to say 'Show unread replies to my post' or something like that. I always used to click on that and it used to show only those replies which I had not read earlier only on those posts that I had participated in.
That was very helpful in helping people because it I was helping someone, I could go straight to that post to see what the poster responded with after seeing my suggestion and I could reply further. Now I have to read a whole bunch of threads or navigate to that sub board manually.

There is also a whole lot of space under the matter that anyone writes which forces us to scroll down/up a lot more. It seems it is because of so many things written under the username. If you look at what bus_pass_man wrote in his 1st message on this thread, you will see a big empty space under his one line post. You see this only when you are reading it before you reply to it. Once you click on reply and scroll down, you see a lot less empty space.

Sorry - I see what you mean. I will reach out to the Admins and see if there are any options that got switched off when they upgraded the forum software.

Cheers!

Hello - Thank you all for the feedback.

We needed to upgrade the site to get back on the right side of security and get this version within the decade :)

We will look into getting anything here fixed and reset to the way it was before.
Thank you for your continued support and efforts and your patience as we work through these.

Wanted to share that this site cannot be accessed by Chrome anymore since more than a week even after clearing the cache multiple times. I can get in using Firefox but not Chrome and that might be the reason why you don't see any posts since more than a week. Using Chrome, I get an error which says:

403 Forbidden
Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2

Hello - @cognostechie

I am on version 119 of Google Chrome and working.
We are looking to see if maybe it is not compatible with older versions because of security concerns.

Hello @DaBaker

My Chrome version is 119.0.6045.160 but I heard today that there is a Windows update which is damaging Chrome and Edge. Not sure if this is correct but for sure, Chrome and Edge are working for some sites and not for some others.

My version of Chrome is 119.0.6045.160 also, and I have no issues accessing the site. Interesting news about the Windows update - thanks for sharing!

Cheers!
