Title: Extracting XML structure of a report in Cognos 10 or earler

Hello everyone,
If i have a bunch of reports / dashboard designed in Cognos 10 or earlier.
Is there a way to extract the complete set of XML of those report / dashboard along with its data source information?

The process to get the XML spec for a Cognos report has not changed from version 10 through version 11.2.4.

Cognos 10 did not have dashboards.
