Need help on IBM Cognos analytics mobile app. We have configured the mobile database on IBM Cognos configuration window, and we downloaded the IBM Cognos analytics mobile app through play store and App store. But when we enter the Cognos URL into IBM Cognos analytics mobile app it gives the error as Access is not enabled.
Error Description:
Access not enabled.
Contact the system administrator to enable IBM Cognos analytics mobile on your cognos analytics account.
