New installation of CA 11.2.2 that appears to be working, we can log into
In the Administration Console - when we navigate to Security / Users Groups and Roles there are 2 Directories AD and Cognos, and they are working hyperlinks - the AD directory is set the the correct namespace
When we select AD - it open up a page that says "No Entries" - it seems we cannot sync or connect to AD in the Cognos Application
We have a working Active Directory which we use to log into this new installation successfully SSO with CAC, it is configured in the dispatcher with a working username and password that tests and checks good - we have logged into the application with the bind account and it checks fine
We are matching this up against a working Cognos 10 installation and all the permissions and settings seem to be identical in the dispatcher and the application
Hoping to please get some help syncing the application to AD so we can manage our users - appreciate the consideration
