Does anyone have a step-by-step process by which you set up an email task in Event Studio based on a single field change? Our HR department wants an email sent when an employee, either returning from leave or new, has their status changed to "A" (active) from either "T" (temporary leave) or 'NONE' (new employee). I have ATTEMPTED to set this up in event studio to just email me so far, but I haven't gotten any emails. ??? :'(

Sorry - I JUST saw your response. Is there a visual guide to doing this instead of just verbiage? I'm really new to this, and this might work, but I've got to see some pictures to get it in my brain.
I just got another request for a trigger on a data change - is it possible to set up event studio to monitor ANY change to a specific field? We are looking at tracking changes to last name, SSN, and birthdate in a weekly report. The article you linked to is for a specific value (over a defined value of a returned product).
