We are using Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 version and distributed architecture. Cognos running on Windows server and repositary DB is Oracle DB
1 Gateway server
3 dispatcher server
1 Primary CM
1 stand by CM
Got Error when I login to Administration console ->Status and checking the server scorcard.
Error Message:
DPR-ERR-2085 Request timed out. Unable to find active CM.
Details | Retry | Hide this message.
Can I delete the data in CMCAPACITY table ? or delete only USAGE = '4' record only ?
if I delete all records what is the impact ?
