Hello,
I am currently running into an issue when I try loading an FM package as a data source for my dashboard, I receive an error saying "The metadata for 'PACKAGE NAME' did not load. Please contact your administrator for details."
I tested this with different packages and about 60-70% yielded this same error message, however a few successfully loaded. I also tried to relink the source after receiving an error but it did not help.
However when I tried to load the packages as a data source for a Report, it loaded successfully.
Is there a reason why this issue is occurring with a dashboard?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank so much in advance!

Hi,
The first thing I'd look at is whether your packages are created and published using Dynamic Query Mode - which the Dashboard tool requires. If they are Compatible Query, you'll need to look at the task of upgrading them to DQM.
Cheers!
