I'm using Cognos Analytics 11.0.13 installed with FlexNet Manager Suite 2021R1 and got some problems.
1) I configure Cognos to use https for both internal and external. Then I can import Sample Reporting Package by connecting to https://cognos:9300/p2pd/servlet/dispatch. But when I go to My analytics home from FNMS portal, it returns me a blank web page.
2) I want to schedule sending report via email so I connect Cognos and Email server (Exchange server 2013 CU 23). But it says "The email server cannot be reached". But the email account in the configuration is able to send email normally.
FYI: I think the problem for (2) is because of TLS1.2 between Cognos and Email server. And I've configured communication between Cognos and SQL DB via TLS1.2 successfully.
