11.1.7 FP3 is now available.
I am logged into IBM fixcentral to download the files and am hoping for some help identifying each download (I don't see descriptions for the files - odd).
The files include:
analytics-installer-2.2.2-win.exe -> This one is straightforward and I will need to download.
bitrsfrmr_win32_11.0.0.118_ml_tar.gz -> I am assuming this is framework manger, can anyone confirm?
caclient-11.1.7-2106251648.zip -> Guess I am rusty, not sure what this file is.
cajupyter-11.1.7-nnnnnnn -> We are not currently using jupyter so I will not need this one.
casrv-11.1.7-21062548-winx64h.zip -> This one I believe is the server including gateway and other components.
Also wondering about transformer which we are using. Does anyone know if there is an update for Transformer needed to move from 11.1.3 to 11.1.7 FP3.
Any advice is welcome, and thank-you in advance.
Hi,
analytics-installer-2.2.2-win.exe is the executable you need to run to do the install. It is just an installer shell.
bitrsfrmr_win32_11.0.0.118_ml_tar.gz is the self-contained install for Transformer. If you are building PowerCubes you need this, otherwise not.
caclient-11.1.7-2106251648.zip is the install media for the client tools such as Framework Manager.
cajupyter-11.1.7-nnnnnnn is the install for Jupyter Notebooks within CA
casrv-11.1.7-21062548-winx64h.zip is the install media for all the server components (gateway, application server, content manager etc)
The installer executable, client tools media and server components media are probably what you need here.
