Hi All,
We are planning to upgrade Cognos Content 10.2.2 to Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 and trying to consider installing Motio such that it will be useful to declutter, version control, deployments and testing.
I have gone through few links on google but could not get complete understanding of it. Also sent an email to Motio team requesting for a demo. Still Awaiting response.
In the meantime, can anyone suggest the below:
1. How far installing Motio is useful in the upgrade procedure.
2. How much we need to pay in terms of licenses annually per company?
3. Where can we download for free(is it from passport advantage)?
4. What is the difference between MotioCi and MotioPi
Also please send useful links on Motio or me to understand further

BSP Software, which hosts this site, has a far more comprehensive set of Cognos administrative tools, which can and will help you decrease the workload and time it takes you to complete your upgrade. We also have a full end-to-end version control solution that embeds directly into IBM Cognos and there is no installation or upgrade fees beyond the cost of the license.
