Title: Grouping records in a Data module 'table'

Morning all,
has anyone found a way of grouping records in a DM table
An example would be

ID          description
123         banana
123         banana
124         apple
124         apple

I want to group to just the 2 rows as below ?
ID          description
123         banana
124         apple

any advice gratefully received !

I have the sinking feeling I'm doing someone's homework but why don't you fiddle about with the query subject's usage property.
