We currently have Active Directory as one Identity Provider and have added Azure as another Identity Provider. Now, if we disconnect AD then all reports saved in 'My Folders' of the users will be lost so how do we move those reports from AD namespace to Azure namespace? Since Azure is SSO, even if I log on to both namespaces at the same time, I see Azure greyed out when I go to the Admin page. Moreover, we have hundreds of users so even if this works, we will have to do one by one? Is there another way to do this?

Hi Steve,
MFGF is absolutely correct, we've got a tool that helps update all of the content (My Folders, Public Folders, Security References, etc) to match the new namespace.
We do this with just a few straightforward steps, and can help with some other maintenance tasks around the migration as well (old users, orphaned accounts, schedules, etc).
