Is there any way where we can add rows in run time in the repot studio

can u give a reqrmnt sample of this type.. I am not able to figure out the use of this.

My DBA  stored all column values in on column called Metrics
When you drag metrics and run the report  you will get some 25 rows that will be stored  in metrics column
My question after running the report  in the output  page i want to do some caluclation
Is it possible  to do in report studio? Eg:i want add  first two rows that and  3rd row/6 th row  like this.....
